Now that the college admission process is behind us, I want
to thank you for developing such a wonderful product.
My son Greg was accepted early decision to Stanford and we are
all very pleased that he got into his first choice college.
Obviously, he got in because he was a terrific candidate, but
it helped that his application looked beautiful and we were
less stressed because of EZcollegeApps. Greg also submitted
applications to Yale, Princeton, Penn, Duke, Northwestern, Johns
Hopkins and the University of California, which he had to withdraw
now that he was accepted to Stanford.
I definitely believe that paper applications are superior
to applying online. Greg did the first parts of his Yale
application online and the response to one question took 15
minutes because the number of characters allowed online were
so much fewer than what could be entered on the hard copy form.
Trying to reword it without changing the content was difficult
and time consuming. Greg could never have described his many
activities online in a satisfactory way.
My friend used a typing service for her daughter's applications
and paid nearly $200 per application. And, even for that price,
the typist made errors that had to be corrected on the one original
copy they had. My $200 or so expenditure covered the cost EZcolegeApps,
a student version of Adobe Acrobat so that I could edit your
product -- for example, change to a smaller font or add additional
lines of text --and printer cartridges and paper. If I made
a mistake, I could always make another original.
I was also impressed with the level of service provided
whenever I had a question. Your attention to your customers
is superb.
I will continue to recommend EZCollegeapps to others and when
my daughter is a senior I intend to use it again.

Hi!
I just wanted to say thank you for your extraordinary
service help on a weekend with the EZApp program and
the Yale application. It is done, and it looks great.
We will be doing several more in December and if we need
help, I will let you know. If you tackle the law school
market and I can be of any assistance, please let me know.
Again, thank you. This is not what you expect when you
buy a product off the rack at CompUSA

Mike in customer support this am, things seem to be working
perfectly! Do need applications for Elon University in
Elon, North Carolina and the University of Richmond in
Richmond, VA. If you could get these to me, I would really
appreciate it! All others needed work like a charm. What
a relief that is!
